- Shipping & Delivery
- At this time, Mommystars ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Mommystars ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. At this time, all items will be shipped via the USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs will be added to each order. The exception to this is when Mommystars has special "free shipping" promotions which will be clearly listed on the site.
- Sales Tax
- Mommystars charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Sales tax rate is 7.5% and will be added to all Illinois orders.
- Return Policy
- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Mommystars reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The exception to this is if there is a defect in the shirt or there is a design error on our part. To return an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization number. The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, within 14 days of the shipping date. Return requests made after this time period will not be honored. No exceptions! Prepaid return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If it is determined that there is a defect in the product or there was a design error on our part, the return shipping costs will be refunded and a replacement product will be sent out. Mommystars does not refund initial shipping costs. Mommystars is not responsible for damage that occurs with the care of an item such as dry cleaning or laundering. ** Designs on individual shirts may differ slightly from one another due to variations in numbers of names and lengths of names.
